I am trying to install kpovmodeler, with command " > fink install kpovmodeler" . But in process, I received the following message, and installation process stopped.

checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.1.0) (library qt-mt) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
Make sure that you have compiled Qt with thread support!
make: *** No rule to make target `all'. Stop.


What is Qt ?
How can I make sure that I have compiled Qt?
How can I compile?
Please instruct me them.
