Hi, everybody.
While trying to install the bundle-gnome-2.4.1-2 package from the unstable tree Fink decides that it wants to install the xfree86 and xfree86-shlibs packages, too, to satisfy virtual dependencies. However, I have the system-xfree86 and system-xfree86-shlibs packages already installed because I'm using Apple's X11. Why is it doing this and is there any way to get around it? Thanks.
If you don't have system-xfree86-dev, it will try to install another X server to provide the X11 developer bits.
You need to install the X11 SDK (see the FAQ).
