This must have survived the 10.2->10.2-gcc3.3 upgrade. It only exists in the 10.2 tree, not in 10.2-gcc3.3. The fact that it is not replaced automatically by upgrade-all is a flaw in the present construction of the -pm packages. There is a more recent virtual package, but since virtuals that come from a "Provides" field have no version, upgrade-all sees no reason to replace it. It would be replaced by installing test-simple-pm560, but this doesn't happen automatically any more.
