Ah! That's something completely different. This may be something specific to your own network situation, e.g. that you require an HTTP proxy. What happens if you select option 5?

Downloading the file "base-files-1.9.6.tar.gz" failed.
I've deleted the "proxy", but it always return!
I use also Fink Commander: could perhaps be this one that put again the "proxy"?
