That "Binary Distribution" pair of columns has confused lots of people
("it says 0.8.0 why can't I get it?"). Would it be better for packages
that aren't in the bindist to omit the bindist number also (span the
"not present" across both subcolumns)? Or maybe span "not present in
0.8.0" across both?
