You are trying to use software that costs you nothing. These are volunteers that give their free time to help anyone that has a problem. I am sorry that your immediate problem could not be resolved, but that is life. Obviously, your only remaining choice is to pay for what you want. Let me suggest you will not get as many immediate responses as you got from this great group of volunteers.
