Ok, yes, I see, I never realized that we could copy from X11, which is very 
usefull.  And you are right (of course!) it does not work without quartz-wm.
But is it normal that quartz-wm starts using 2MB when I start kde, but 
slowly increases, continuously, up to 200MB (and more...)  ?  this is way 
too much...  Is there an other way ?

What would be that environment variable to set... ?

Also, I asked you the following question about a week ago when I reinstalled 
kde :

Is it normal that compilation/installation of bundle-kde takes 3 days (PPC 
1.5GHz)  3.5 GB !! ??


Thanks a lot for your work !  kde is very usefull to me, and I wouldn't be 
able to do anything with it without fink and your maintenance and help  !
