Apple's compilers and other stuff needed to build software. I had the
wrong version for you, though--you need Xcode 1.5 and the November
2004 update to that. Both are available from connect.apple.com .

1) Install the Xcode Tools if you haven't already. (Version 2.4.1
or 2.5).
2) Run "fink selfupdate-rsync" or "fink selfupdate-cvs"
At that point you should be able to install apache2
