As I said, the difference between your configuration step and mine was  
zend.h; all of the other "no"s were also "no" in my setup.

Our installer won't do anything about this issue, because you're  
missing something that comes from Apple rather than Fink..  zend.h is  
supposed to be installed by the DevSDK package from Xcode.  Reinstall  
that.
