Please reply to the list, not just me. I'm not personal tech support. You may have to pick a new continent to get a new binary distribution mirror. Either that, or I think you can manually change Mirror-apt in /sw/etc/fink.conf (which you'll have to edit as a superuser) and have it point to one of the following mirrors:
