OK.  I don't know if the backup binary distribution carries 10.3 stuff,
since we haven't supported that in over a year.

Don't bother with selfupdate-cvs or selfupdate-rsync, then.  Just make
sure that your /sw/etc/apt/sources.list file has the same mirror listed
in it as /sw/etc/fink.conf .
