How about looking near line 5620 like dpkg said?   And specifically, you
want "Package: db48-aes", though perhaps I didn't make that clear.

This looks like the baddie.  Make the Status "purge ok not-installed"
and get rid of the Priority line completely, so you should have

Package: db48-aes
Status: purge ok not-installed
Section: crypto
Architecture: darwin-powerpc
