Thank you so much for helping Fink installation.
I can run Coot and ccp4 using Fink but I have problem to install pymol. It
looks like pymol is already installed but I can't run it using "pymol"
"./pymol".
Q1. Do I need to create .pymolrc file?
First I tried to install pymol directly from Fink, then I tried, pymol
install from source code, I'm failed.
packages info and error msg are below.
I am working on Mac 10.6.8.
Package manager version: 0.31.0
Distribution version: selfupdate-cvs Tue Jul 26 15:24:59 2011, 10.6, x86_64
Trees: local/main stable/main stable/crypto unstable/main unstable/crypto
Xcode 3.2.3
bash-3.2$ fink list pymol

First I tried this
*PyMOL Directly from Fink*
fink *install* pymol-py25
*sudo* *ln* -s */*sw*/*fink*/*dists*/*unstable*/*main*/*finkinfo*/*sci*/*
pymol-py.*** */*sw*/*fink*/*dists*/local/*main*/*finkinfo*/*.
Second, I tried this
*PyMOL Install from Source, Using Fink*
507 fink install python-2.5 pmw-py25
508 fink install mesa mesa-shlibs
bash-3.2$ fink install freetype2 freetype2-deve
