Yes, I do have the Xcode to reinstall.  I have the current 3.2.6 on the disk 
that came with my Snow Leopard system this past summer.  I will try the 
reinstall.  If it still does not install everything in /usr/bin along with in 
/Developer/usr/bin, then I will copy everything from one to the other.  Thank 
you again.  It will be a few days until I have the time to attend to this.  If 
I have any further problems, then I will ask you again.
