OK, that's pointing in the right place.

Try the following:

sudo cp -r 
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.7.sdk/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework/Versions/A/Headers
 
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreFoundation.framework/Versions/A
