Hello Dr. A. Hansen, I have 3 macs MacBook Pro 2010mid, MacBook Pro 2012mid, mac pro 2014 and all systems have OS 10.9.3 and on all systems there is no gdb even after fresh install. On mac pro I have installed the gnu gdb. This works after a certificate for signing of gdb is generated.
On fink install gdb, there is a lot of python software involved and no gdb is running.
