To Whom It May Concern,
I’m using OS X Yosemite. I tried to use fink to install a program
listed as pymol-py27 (a molecular graphics program). The installation
failed on account of one of the packages, gcc49-4.9.1-1000, not
installing properly. I tried to install this package separately but that
failed. The installation log ended with the series of error messages.
Before starting, I did run ‘fink selfupdate’ and also limited the number of
cores to just one. I’m not sure how to deal with this, so any advice
would be appreciated. Thanks, Sergio
