With a deterministic build process, this is what is supposed to happen. 
  Any failure or success should be the same regardless of whether the 
package is installed as part of a batch build or by itself.

The installation log ended with the series of error messages.

A missing /usr/include will be problematic--though our current gcc49 is 
known not yet to work for different reasons on 10.10.  Did you upgrade 
from an earlier OS X version?  The error message suggests that something 
isn't properly set up in your developer tools.
