Well, if they are in the package, you don't have to worry - once 
users install a newer version of the package, these will go aways. 
What's more annoying if a package wrongly installs directly into %p 
instead of first into %i - this way, you get these files during build 
time, but Fink doesn't know about them. Hence users have to remove 
the manually, or suffer. Very nasty thing when it happens :(
