This is very interesting to me. It certainly points out how the GPL licensing in the OpenSource community offers that community a great advantage. Did they ask for the tools back? From my reading of your correspondence, it seems that you and everyone under 18 aren't entitled to download the developer tools or any of the tools, that from my point of view, make the system useable.
Did I read it right? No one under 18 can legally use Fink?
