The damage done to Office Depot is immeasurable. Microsoft is all about anti-choice, anti-competition. What will happen when all the prices start to creep up as companies effort to pay the branding and conformance fees MS will demand? Your product set will become non-competitive.
In short, I am with Jim. I will no longer be shopping at Office Depot. Your actions will harm you deeply in the long run regardless of the gratutity MS pays to support this policy.
