You can and will be able to get RedHat Linux there. ;-) So, either the
requirement is strictly for hardware, or if it is for software, they
must only mean "Windows" apps have to be "Designed for Windows XP",
because I sure would be surprised if Microsoft was willing to give
RedHat the right to put that sticker on (and for that matter I don't
think RedHat would want it).
