If you distribute binaries only, you need to make available the sources (matching the exact version of the binary) for 3 years.
Well, since we are only distributing over the web, we don't need to handle requests for sources through other means. I guess that if somebody requests the sources to an older version (on a mailing list or something) we could just post the older version of the source on one of the Fink mirrors. I don't see that happening very often, so I think we should handle it on a case-by-case basis (If somebody asks, post the older source, otherwise don't worry about it). Please correct me if I'm wrong, but AFAIK that shouldn't cause problems with the GPL.
