Which tests regress?
According to:
set > /tmp/before
. /sw/bin/init.sh
set > /tmp/after
diff -u /tmp/before /tmp/after
the only environment changes that should matter are CFLAGS, CPPFLAGS,
CXXFLAGS, and LDFLAGS.
