Is anyone else having problems building the current ccp4 package in 10.4 unstable? I seem to be seeing the problems I had before with fsplit in that package incorrectly parsing out the source files that are compiled. This results in missing symbols (such as gtnrea in libccp4f.a). The problem varies. Sometimes the builds complete okay and sometimes not. I thought switching over the compile of fsplit.c in ccp4 to Apple's compilers had eliminated this but apparently not. I am thinking ccp4 must be tickling some latent bug in fsplit. At one point I tried Apple's fsplit.c from their 2004 developer tools sources but that didn't help. Reducing the optimization level on the compilation of fsplit.c doesn't eliminate the problem as well. I should note that the exact source subdirectory that fsplit incorrectly parses varies as well.
