And libglade-convert isn't from this package. If you want to check what
was installed by a package, use "dpkg -L <packagename">
.
It looks like glade2 may just not work any more. It has been pulled
from the current source distribution in favor of glade3--which does
appear to have the proper executables. Unfortunately there's no
official binary version for that yet. There are a couple of options:

1) You can update your Fink installation to build from source via a
"fink selfupdate-rsync"

2) If you want to use unofficial binaries, you can edit
/sw/etc/apt/sources.list using e.g. "sudo pico /sw/etc/apt/sources.list"
and add

deb http://fink.sodan.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp/apt/10.5 unstable main crypto

Disclaimer: "unofficial" means that
a) The project is not responsible for the server, so if it's down, we
can't do much other than send messages.
b) Any packages that need to be updated to build on a clean system
won't be there.
c) The project can only address problems with a binary from there by
updating the source package description and telling you to rebuild.
