Regarding information, I agree. I fully disagree regarding bug 
reports. Making bug reports shouldn't be extraordinarily hard, but 
users should think before doing them, so making it to easy is bad. 
E.g. one should first at least make a few attempts to a) check if 
this was already fixed (e.g. you can actually search the bug tracker 
and maybe you'll find the bug to be already reported, fixed and hence 
closed). And b) we require you to have a valid SF ID first, because 
it means we are guranteed bug reporters are reachable by email. Bug 
reports are often utterly incomplete, and we have to ask back if we 
want to have chance to fix 'em.
