Thanks to everyone who replied, the /sw move from / to /a4 worked
great. Fink is downloading the stuff I've never had the space to try
out.
The xfce window manager, in particular. Its sooo fast, can't live without it.
If vim 6.1 could only make it onto fink, I'd be tempted to table
linux altogether. I've been using the native OSX version and its
giving BBedit real competition.
