I'm not entirely sure what that is supposed to mean, but /usr/bin/ssh definitely
can forward X11 (OS X 10.1.5, I'm pretty sure at least since 10.1.3).
(You may have to use the option -X or put
ForwardX11 yes
into ~/.ssh/config as X11 forwarding is not switched on by default, but it
certainly is built in.)
