Someone pointed out on the macosx-talk list that Jaguar is not 
installing the BSD SDK by default, and so is missing quite a few 
man pages, and a hefty chunk of the termcap library. I can't 
corroborate, but thought it may shed some light on these issues 
we've seen recently.
