I upgraded to 0.4.1 from 0.4.0a this weekend. I am running 10.1, on a TiBook 500.
While attempting to diagnose another problem (now fixed), I ran fix-fink (output attached). Now, I have a couple of questions. First, I have uninstalled/reinstalled and rebuilt mysql, and the libmysqlclient.dylib still shows up. is this something I should worry about? Second, how can I determine what packages provided these , now missing, libraries? Last, fix-fink reported a list of missing libraries, but no packages which needed to be rebuilt. Is that normal? I'd like to add my voice to the throng saying 'thanks' for all the hard work that has gone into fink, all the varied and sundry packages, and supporting us debian newbies ;). ===attached output from fix-fink== Welcome to fix-fink version 1.0. This program will check your fink installation for certain problems which are difficult to detect directly with fink. If problems are found, you will be asked if you wish to update certain parts of fink, and if so, fink will be called to do the updating. At the moment, this program only checks for one thing: whether your dynamic libraries have been linked to an outdated version of libSystem. Do you wish to perform this check?
