Not really.  I believe that the conflict would be between netpbm and
netpbm10, but only one of these gets installed.  The -shlibs can
coexist.  Here's what I have on my system:

 i   netpbm           9.25-3       Graphics manipulation programs and
libraries
 i   netpbm-bin       10.12-2      Graphics manipulation programs and
libraries
 i   netpbm-shlibs    9.25-3       Graphics manipulation programs and
libraries
     netpbm10         10.12-2      Graphics manipulation programs and
libraries
 i   netpbm10-shlibs  10.12-2      Graphics manipulation programs and
libraries
