You do have ppower4p--it's a java .jar file: (from dpkg -L ppower4) ppower4: /sw/share/java/ppower4/pp4p.jar
It gets run by the ppower4 command in any case. How are you trying to invoke ppower4? The usage is % ppower4 --help ppower4 [-v|-n|-h|-V|--verbose=<n>|--nocompress|--help|--version] infile outfile i.e. you use it to process a PDF file, which you then view with a PDF viewer. -- Alexander K.
