For me, the first step of the recipe itself fails for the same reason that fink is failing in the first place:
Spinnaker% sudo fink install fink-0.17.1-1 Password: Information about 2183 packages read in 7 seconds. The following package will be installed or updated: fink Failed: No mirror site list file found for mirror 'master'.
