A short look in the fink package database on the fink website tells

in your fink.conf.

Unfortunately, this is a little more complicated. Right now, there is no version 2.0.1-13 anywhere. This seems to be an update bug where the revision was decreased from 13 to 3, see
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/fink/dists/10.3/unstable/main/ finkinfo/gnome/libglade2.info?r1=1.1&r2=1.2

OTOH, I don't think that any package depends explicitly on version 2.0.1-13. I only see versioned dependencies on >=2.0.1-3. As for the nicotine and gaim packages, I have never heard of the first, I don't think it exists in Fink, and gaim has no direct dependency on libglade2-shlibs.

The only explanation for the failed request of libglade2-shlibs-2.0.1-13 is that this package was installed while it was at revision 13 and then removed. Now no info file is available any more, and Aron says he removed also the debs. One remaining possibility is that some config files are still installed. So I would recommend to do

fink purge libglade2-shlibs libglade2

This should remove the remaining config files and open the way for rebuilding revision 3 of that package.
