Got a bit of a problem installing emboss on a fairly new install of OS 10.3.2/Fink Package manager version: 0.19.1, Distribution version: 0.6.2.cvs
Seems there's a problem with Java - but I'm not sure how to work out what I'm supposed to do. here's the end of the ./configure output that fails - any help appreciated.
David.
