Honestly, requiring Yet Another Indexing Command seems a bit silly to me. Why is this not done during a selfupdate and/or scanpackages?

I have UseBinaryDist turned on, and I generally have to do an extra "apt-get update" on my remote machine for .debs that are built on my APT server to show up.
