Thanks for reply, Martin - still same odd problem in my case. I did another fink selfupdate --> update-all (in the hope something of last minute was missing), then again tried, and same problems (first the previous "incomplete" file is found, choose to delete it, restart the download, get the 100% within a few seconds, but curl keeps "curling" ;) to no end (or until CTRl-C-ing out of it)): $ fink install povray Information about 5192 packages read in 3 seconds.
