I've been using fink happily for awhile, but, somewhat minimally, and
recently I added to the packages I was using and I did something to
mess up Fink Commander from the terminal window I think. The window
will only show the packages I have and non that are available from
the mirrors. Also it is showing the category as unknown on all
packages except virtual. I think I may have disabled the auto-index,
but I don't understand how to fix it.
