As of yesterday, (I suspect) after updating a few libraries such as
librep, I run into the same error when launching a tcsh login shell:

ltmattia:~ mattia$ tcsh -l
grep: invalid option -- m

It's kind of difficult for me to trace back what's excatly causing the
issue, but maybe someone can make sense of the above!?
