Ah yes, daemonic has tagged bash_completion.d/daemonic as a "configuration/preferences file", so by default that file persists even after daemonic is removed. That's a good mechanism (so that locally applied configs and prefs don't get nuked every time package is upgraded), but we don't have good guidelines on what specific kinds of files to tag this way.
