hi, hoping to get a response by rephrasing the question
1) on OS X 10.4 with apple x11 installed from media (see earlier posting for exact revisions and illustration of error messages), source and binary pkgs with dependencies on x11, x11-shlibs, libgl, x11-dev, etc are failing to install (missing dependency errors are reported), should this be occurring ?, i found nothing in fink online documentation to indicate this problem occurs with apple x11 2) i admit to very infrequent use of these forums, so would be interested on knowing if there is some particular reason the original posting hasn't elicited a response to date (did it go against posting etiquette in a bad way, was the question not clear, are questions pertinent to 10.4 a lower priority these days, etc) ? thanks, Ed ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
