The new version wget-1.13.4-3 does not build on 10.5, unfortunately.

Apparently this version of wget needs at least openssl-0.9.8, but MacOSX
10.5 has 0.9.7l, where this symbold does not exist, see
<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-wget/2010-01/msg00013.html>
When changed to using Fink's openssl100-dev, wget builds OK.
