A test mplayer is available here: http://cvs.snaggledworks.com/viewvc.cgi/fink/3rdparty/main/finkinfo/graphics/ Download both the .info and .patch and place in /sw/fink/dists/local/main/finkinfo/graphics I've only tested it on 10.7 and it is missing some functionality relative to the 10.6 version (namely libdvdnav and libdvdread which are not in 10.7). And by 'test' I mean that I loaded a single flv video and watched it play for 5 seconds. I don't use mplayer so I can't really provide any help as to why it would fail. Also, the version number scheme is not fixed, so it might get changed before the official package gets added to Fink's CVS, but that won't affect functionality.
