It finally succeeded this way... ImageMagick is built!


In the configure logs I can see one difference which makes me think that the 
configure scripts are not ok. With the standard INFO file (and my changes in 
the system) configure reports:

        checking for g++ option to support OpenMP... unsupported

with CXX explicitly set to g++-4.2 I get (with the same changes to the system):

        checking for g++-4.2 option to support OpenMP... -fopenmp

Here the compiler learns to make use of the OpenMP presence.


I'm actually quite glad that cmake accepts the settings from the configure run!
