That means that none of the base packages needs updating.

Indeed, I had done a selfupdate before launching the installation. I 
googled the error and I found an email sent a few days ago, with a 
response saying a self update should solve the problem, but it doesn't 
seem to work for me. It was also specified that the corrected 
"gcc48.patch" file should "have a md5sum of 
43e2c257a4b23527b7378153bc168228", which is not the case in mine, but 
fink won't update it.
