I don't know that it should be localized... It'd be sensible to use a
sortable convention (my pref: yyyy.mm.dd-name)
I also have mixed feelings about the use of "aliases" rather than "names"...
I've renamed many of my buddies with their real names, and now the archives
are all over the place. Service names are much more stable.
Not suggestions, per se, just hoping to stir up discussion about the archive
conventions.
