What I think Colter was trying to get across (correct me if I am 
wrong) ...

We purposefully do not request that users who are not developing 
directly on Fire update their source tree to TOT.  The reason for this 
being that the application (much of the time) is in flux and not quite 
"user" ready.

In this specific case, the Accounts panel is being worked on.

If you do upgrade to TOT, please make sure that you read the readme 
(though there is no guarantee that the readme will have the most current 
information either :-) ).

I do not think any offense was intended, Colter was just trying to make 
a point. (and responding to a few different emails at once ...)
