Afternoon, folks! I've been enjoying reading the list for the last
several days, and I've been using Fire for months and months.
(Currently at 0.29.b.)

I'd like to suggest that Fire wait a little longer after first launch
before starting to play the creaking-door sound of a buddy logging
on. Right now, Fire is silent for the first few seconds as my buddy
list starts to appear, and then I get a steady stream of
door-creaking sounds for several more seconds as Fire finishes
getting and displaying its list of who's signed on.

A 30-second startup window would probably be adequate in most cases,
without risking the user failing to notice someone who really did
JUST log in.

Very pleased to see some changes in the latest version that I'd
always meant to suggest to someone, but never got around to, such as
alphabetized buddy list. :-)

Thanks, all, for the continued excellent work!
