Not at all. Previously, both Connect and Disconnect were enabled while you
were connected, and selecting Connect while you were connected had the
effect of reconnecting you. Now, the Connect item is disabled. I just liked
when the Connect item was enabled, and thought maybe instead of disabling
it, the item might be renamed to Reconnect.
